3. Thomas Jane - Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World

The third of Ramona Flowers' evil ex-boyfriends who Scott has to face is Todd Ingram (Brandon Routh), a vegan who, due to his dietary choices, is imbued with telekinetic powers.

However, Scott manages to trick him into drinking a half-and-half coffee, causing the Vegan Police to be summoned out of nowhere, with Clifton Collins Jr. and Thomas freaking Jane bursting through a nearby wall.

Jane declares Ingram under arrest for "imbibing a half-and-half", and informs him, "no vegan diet, no vegan powers!", at which point he shoots Ingram with a "Deveganizing Ray", returning him to mere mortal status.

It's an hilarious scene that Jane plays totally straight, and considering how little out-and-out comedy he does, it was a brilliant shocker of a cameo.
