Netflix's atrocious "comedy" The Wrong Missy wastes the talented Lauren Lapkus in the titular role of a mentally ill woman who essentially stalks her way into the life of her love interest Tim Morris (David Spade).

But beyond Missy's sheer irritation factor, things turn illegal in two disturbing scenes where Missy forces herself upon Tim sexually, giving him a handjob on a plane while he's asleep, and similarly leaping on him after he's consumed some sleeping medication later on.

In both situations consent is very clearly absent, and yet the film plays it for a harmless goof, because to many, sexual assault against men is still a bit of a joke.

Reverse the genders and this thing would never get released, not to ignore the film's generally problematic approach to Missy and her clear mental health issues. That films like this are still being made in 2020 is just embarrassing.
