10. Those Alien Maps (Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.)

Since the back end of season one of the Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. television series, strange markings have been carved by a number of characters - including main character Phil Coulson - which even those creating them didn't initially understand. Those responsible for drawing them all have one thing in common - they have all received treatment using alien (Kree) DNA in order to help them heal from life-threatening injuries - and only in the second season of the show have some developments been made regarding what they represent. It turns out that they represent a map to a hidden alien city, which is no doubt going to turn out to be Attilan - the ancestral home of the Inhumans. In the comic books, the city was once located in the northern Atlantic Ocean and in the Himalayas, but is now located on the Blue Area of the Moon. The map in Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. will lead to one of the Earth-based locations, but expect them to be deserted and expect that further clues will lead to the Moon in time for the Inhumans movie in Phase 3.
