The Line: After finding out that Sirius Black was friends with his parents and apparently betrayed them, Harry is found sulking in the snow by Ron and Hermione. They ask what happened and he quietly cries, "He was their friend...and he betrayed them...", before launching into a far angrier tirade, as he shouts, "HE WAS THEIR FRIEND!!!" Why It's Ridiculous: This is really down to Radcliffe's poor delivery more than anything. The whimpering isn't at all convincing, and when he suddenly launches into a scratchy-voiced bellow, it's more unintentionally funny than dramatically resonant. The way Radcliffe scrunches up his face certainly doesn't help save a scene that's supposed to be a dramatic high-point of the movie, but instead inspires only giggles and horror at Radcliffe's less-than-stellar performance.
