Walt Disney is, like, one of the largest companies ever, which explains why their iconic image - that of Mickey Mouse - managed to find its way into The Empire Strikes Back. The moment occurs during the long-awaited battle between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader on Bespin. As Vader uses the Force to knock the hell out of his son , it's possible to glimpse a "Hidden Mickey" in the background, just to the right of the large circular window - one that couldn't have been implemented by accident, but almost certainly as a coy and knowing reference to the House of Mouse. George Lucas had strong ties to Disney at this point, of course, so it's no wonder, really.
