20 Star Wars Easter Eggs You Never Noticed

1. Luke's Lightsaber SFX - Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Granted, this "easter egg" concerns the teaser trailer for a movie that hasn't even come out yet, but it was also included on purpose to get people talking about it. So if you're yet to notice (or for some bizarre reason - like you've been trapped on a deserted island - you've missed the trailer), there's a familiar sound effect lingering in the teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens - one that seems to be hinting towards aspects of its plot. That's to say, the sound effect that rings out at the end of the teaser is that of Luke Skywalker's original lightsaber - as in, the one that Obi-Wan Kenobi gave him in A New Hope, and was lost in the battle against Darth Vader in The Empire Strikes Back (you know: when Vader cut off his son's hand - awkward). This easter egg pretty much confirms all the rumours that have been going around in recent months regarding a supposed plot about certain characters discovering Luke's old lightsaber on Tatooine. Cheeky. Any other Easter eggs in the Star Wars movies? Share them down in the comments.
