20 Things You Didn't Know About Solo: A Star Wars Story

6. Enfys Nest's Helmet Took Over A Year To Design

Enfys Nest (Erin Kellyman) was without question one of the most compelling new characters introduced to the Star Wars universe in Solo, and that's in large part due to the frankly awesome design of her outfit and especially that helmet.

Fittingly for the leader of the pirate gang known as the Cloud-Riders, Nest's helmet has clearly been assembled from scavenged parts, ensuring that it perfectly informs who she is as a character and lets us know a little about her before she says or does anything.

The film's costume designers spent roughly a year experimenting with designs for Nest's helmet before settling on the final one, but in the interest of recycling, the rejected creations were then given to her fellow Cloud-Riders instead.
