After the less-than-ecstatic response to The Phantom Menace, George Lucas was forced to regroup creatively while putting Attack of the Clones together.

Much of the ire was of course directed at the first prequel's most widely-loathed character, Jar Jar Binks (Ahmed Best), and as a joking rebuke to the mass fan hatred, Lucas decided to give Attack of the Clones the working title "Jar Jar's Big Adventure."

In an attempt to toy with his own cast and crew, Lucas' second draft of the script, dated June 2000, even featured that title in place of Attack of the Clones.
