20 Things You Somehow Missed In Avengers: Infinity War

13. How Strong Were Stan Lee's Shears?

It's true of not just Avengers: Infinity War, but the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe on the whole, that it must be a near impossible task to ensure nothing in each individual movie contradicts anything that has been confirmed as canon in the years prior.

The scope of the franchise is simply too big to keep track of every single detail and avoid certain plot holes and contradictions. Even if they aren't technically plot holes, there are some points raised that make you question what has happened previously.

In Infinity War, on Nidavellir, to ensure the forge stayed open long enough for Eitri to produce Stormbreaker, Thor took on the full force of the dying star. His skin blistered, and he eventually lost consciousness. His hair however, was completely untouched and exactly as it was before.

So, Thor has a pretty strong follicle game, so how then was Stan Lee's character able to cut his hair so easily in Thor: Ragnarok? It can remain unsinged after being hit by a star, but a pair of scissors can cut through it with ease? What were those shears made of?!
