20 Things You Somehow Missed In Django Unchained
2. Django Steals Candie's Clothes At The End
Now, this one should be incredibly obvious, and yet it's bafflingly easy to miss amid the chaos of that incredible final scene.
When Django returns to the Candie mansion to mop up the rest of his family and followers, he's actually wearing the very same burgundy suit that Candie was wearing the first time he met Django, Django having presumably raided his closet to put it on.
To hammer the point home, Django even says to Stephen, "How you like my new duds? You know, before now I didn't know that burgundy was my color."
And yet, it's almost embarrassingly easy to miss this fact, as silly as it might seem in retrospect. Right down to the cigarette extender, he's delivering the final blow to Candie by destroying his home while wearing his own goods.
