20 Things You Somehow Missed In Jackie Brown

11. The Visible Camerman

As technically sublime as Tarantino's movies are, even he isn't above the most basic of cinematic mistakes - a visible cameraman in a reflection.

It's something that filmmakers quite understandably hate dealing with, because they just want to tell their story, right? But camera placement is key, and in this case it ended up accidentally revealing how the sausage is made.

When Ordell argues with Jackie on his patio, keep a close eye on the patio door, especially when Ordell opens it up - the silhouette of the shot's cameraman is faintly visible in the reflection.

Ultimately it's better to get a great shot even if it means including a mistake that 98% of people won't ever notice, but even so, it's an imperfect moment in a largely perfect movie.
