10. George Miller's Wonder Woman Has A Small Role In The Film
Actress Megan Gale has a small but memorable role in the film as Valkyrie, a member of the Vuvalini clan who gets run over by the People Eater (John Howard) in the movie's final battle.
But Gale has prior history with George Miller, given that the director cast her to play Wonder Woman in his planned superhero movie Justice League: Mortal.
Ultimately the project was never filmed despite reaching a deep level of pre-production - with Warner Bros. deciding instead to focus on Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy - but test photos of Gale in the Wonder Woman costume were released in recent years, and she sure as hell looked the part.
Added fun fact: Valkyrie was originally supposed to survive in Fury Road, but due to Gale's pregnancy her part had to be truncated with her character's sudden demise.
