20 Things You Somehow Missed In Star Wars Episode II: Attack Of The Clones
9. One Of The Few Practical Scenes
Sticking with this intergalactic clubland setting, it turns out that this was actually one of Hayden Christensen's favourite scenes to perform in... and no, not because it came equipped with a rather disturbing amount of g-strings for a supposedly PG family flick.
With Lucas opting to head primarily down the CGI and blue screen route for the majority of his shoot, the Coruscant nightclub sequence was actually one of the only scenes to not heavily rely on effects that would be added in post-production.
All in all, very much being able to interact with a real-life set that had been carefully crafted for use in this rather tense portion of Attack of the Clones gave the actors' exhausted imaginations a rest for a moment before it was back to pretending they were running around in a battle pit or on a constantly down-pouring planet.
