1. There's An In-Joke In The Book Of The Dead Incantation
At the very end of the film, Alex reads an incantation from The Book of the Dead in order to bring his mother back to life, but if you listen closely, there's an Easter egg nod to one of the movie's own cast members hidden within it.
One word that Alex says mid-incantation is "Veesloo," which is suspiciously similar to "Vosloo" - as in, Arnold Vosloo, who of course portrays Imhotep in both of the first two Mummy films.
