It's always fun watching "old" movies and noting the casting trends of the era, and The Mummy Returns is certainly no different, with a number of actors who were everywhere in the early 2000s having notable roles in the film.

First and foremost there's the brilliant Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, best known for his roles on Oz and Lost, who has a supporting role as cult enforcer Lock-Nah.

Elsewhere we have Tom Fisher, who popped up in a bevy of huge movies at the turn of the millennium (Enigma, Mean Machine, Shanghai Knights, Van Helsing), and plays thief Spivey here.

And finally there's Alan Armstrong, one of the most recognisable "that guy" Brit character actors who has more than 150 credits to his name, including his role as cult leader Baltus Hafez in this movie.
