During the film's final montage of revelation, we're shown yet another perspective of Keaton being shot dead, except this time there's the faintest, most subliminal flash of the man known as Keyser Söze himself.

For just two frames, Kint is visible as Söze while shooting Keaton, seemingly confirming the twist that's about to be dropped in the stunned viewer's lap.

It's so fleeting as to be easily missed by most, but those paying close attention have got a chance to learn the big reveal a few seconds ahead of everyone else.
