20 Useless Things You Probably Never Knew About Star Wars
10. Ewan McGregor Is Easily Amused
Although we'd seen him in a lot of great roles before The Phantom Menace, Ewan McGregor really came to prominence in his role as Obi-Wan Kenobi and has expressed his desire to perform again as the Jedi Master in a solo film, should one be commissioned.
However, the younger McGregor was a bit of a pain for the crew throughout the filming of the Prequel trilogy thanks to his very childish habit of making lightsaber noises during action sequences. The Scot would regularly make wooshing, clashing noises despite the crew telling him they will be added in the edit...
As such, McGregor was regularly muted and the crew simply left him to his own devices.
Apparently, this even happened on the Revenge of the Sith set... third time is not always a charm.
