12. This Is England: Far, Far Away
While it has never, EVER, been confirmed if the Star Wars galaxy is meant to be in anyway linked to our own - England has made an appearance in the film series and has been speculated to be a planet somewhere in a Galaxy Far, Far Away.
Remember the rather threatening looking medical droid that hovers towards Leia in A New Hope? Remember that massive hypodermic needle? Remember releasing the girliest scream when the screen wiped? Okay, maybe just me.
Anyway, the needle has the words 'British Made' printed on it. Ergo, England is a place somewhere in the Star Wars universe.
The smartar*es over at Wookieepedia briefly included a page referring to a manufacturing planet specialising in the production and distribution of needles but it has since been taken down in the hopes no-one spots the tiny writing during the I-TO droid's brief appearance.
