The truth is, regardless of how nostalgic you no doubt feel about these movies, the young actors were not that great in the earlier films and this scene here is one of the worst examples of this.

This outburst from Harry occurs when he has just found out that Sirius Black apparently betrayed his parents and is actually his godfather. This should've been a powerful scene, but thanks to Daniel Radcliffe's inadequate line delivery and his unconvincing shouting of "He was their FRIEND!", this ends up being a scene you'll want to skip on every re-watch.

Also, when Harry is meant to be crying under the invisible cloak, it doesn't sound like crying at all. It sounds like he's constipated. Still, Radcliffe has become a more than capable actor now and he did improve throughout the course of the series.
