15. Gary Busey, The Scientist
Gary Busey has a small role in the film as April's father Willie Wexler, an apparently brilliant scientist who has managed to sustain April's life (albeit temporarily) after the massive injuries she suffered at the end of the last movie.
Willie has kept April's continued existence under wraps from others because he knows that the tech cannot keep her alive permanently (a plot point that's curiously never resolved by film's end), and though it's hardly a prestige part for a one-time Oscar nominee, Busey basically lives up to the eccentric niche he's carved out for himself during the later portion of his career.
Busey, genius scientist. What a match.
