11. Harry Potter
As powerful as he was at such a young age, Harry did have a serious amount of help from his friends... and his teachers, parents, his parent's ghosts, his godfather, house elves, mystical creatures and even on occasion, Ron. Harry holds a place dear in everyone's hearts and the fact that he was the first student to produce a Patronus was nothing other than arousing; intelligence is attractive (though this somehow doesn't apply to Ron). By taking charge and fiercely fighting to protect those that he loves, he has earned this position on his bravery and his determination to do what is good. He was also the only member of Dumbledore's Army to not get injured during the Battle at the Ministry Of Magic and managed to hunt down a few horcruxes. Oh, and he killed Voldemort and saved the entire world too.
