The Murder: Beaten up and then throat slit open. Who: A prostitute named Sailor. By Whom: Ichi the Killer. Motive: She attacked him. What Makes It Insane? This whole movie is insane, but the moment that Ichi is crying and shouting while he slices open the throat of the prostitute was just absolutely crazy. She runs around, screaming, again attacking Ichi, all the while spraying blood everywhere - and finally topples over. Admittedly, it was very hard to choose just one murder scene from this movie - Miike truly outdid himself on the insanity front in Ichi the Killer.
