1. Benicio Del Toro - Licence To Kill (1989)
One of only a few Oscar winners (the others including Judi Dench, Halle Berry and Javier Bardem) to play a role in a Bond film, albeit eleven years before he received his award for his role in Steven Soderberghs Traffic, Del Toro plays a sadistic henchman named Dario, whose crimes in the film include murder, torture and implied rape. The role was only the second in Del Toros career, which later on saw him act in films such as The Usual Suspects, Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, Sin City, Snatch and Che.
