Robert Rietti, a British actor who perhaps specialized in voice-over work and dubbing, had quite a few roles in the Bond series.

In terms of on-screen roles, he played John Strangways - the unfortunate MI6 agent who is murdered by the Three Blind Mice (a trio of henchmen who pretend to be blind) - in Dr No and a casino baccarat official in On Her Majesty's Secret Service.

He provided the voice of several characters too. He voiced Superintendent Duff in Dr No, dubbed main villain Largo in Thunderball and Japanese Secret Service head Tiger Tanaka in You Only Live Twice (both were played by foreign actors), and also provided the voice of Blofeld in the opening of For Your Eyes Only.

In the latter case, as awful as that pre-credits scene was Rietti's sinister vocal performance as Blofeld was the one saving grace.
