9. Voldemort's WandWs A Reference To His Father

In The Goblet Of Fire during the last stage of the Triwizard Tournament, Harry and Cedric end up in the graveyard after they touched the portkey. Eagle-eyed readers will remember that there is a large yew tree next to the grave of Tom Riddle's father. Not at all important at the time, but the tree takes on far more importance when you remember that Voldemort's wand was also made from yew.
