25. Confrontation Between Sirius And Snape - Prisoner Of Azkaban

There are a lot of problems with the scene when Sirius is revealed to not actually be the bad guy, to be sure. It's a bit rushed and Gary Oldman plays it a bit more manic than is strictly necessary. But there's one part of the scene that plays out perfectly, and that's when Snape confronts Sirius. You can feel the seething hatred between the two of them, Sirius can't help flinging barbs at Snape even when he's got a wand pointed at his throat, and when Remus tries to get him to back off a little bit he brushes him off, spitting out, "Worry about yourself, Remus!" In a very small amount of time, it perfectly displays the dynamic that existed between the three characters when they were at Hogwarts, and Alan Rickman does a particularly good job; when Sirius insults him, you can see in his eyes that he's reliving how he felt as an outcast teenager.
