Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman)'s investigation finds them heading underground to discover a flower-harvesting scheme, where they spot a ram dressed in a yellow hazmat suit cooking the very blue pellet that turns animals rabid.
The nods to Breaking Bad are obvious from the get-go, what with the yellow suit the show made iconic, combined with the blue colour of the ram's product. It's cemented, however, by the ram having a knock at the door, as he comments that Jesse and Woolter have arrived.
According to co-director Byron Howard, "That one made lots of people at the studio groan.” Hilarious though it is, it's damn bizarre to see references to drug use in a children's movie, specifically one coming from the House of Mouse.
