It’s not due to be released until 2019, but Marvel have already begun incorporating the Inhumans into the MCU. In the mid-season finale of Agents of SHIELD it was revealed that both Skye and Raina are Inhumans after being exposed to the Terragin Mist.

Given that Marvel are laying the groundwork for this movie already, it is clear that they are taking their time and carefully dealing with this much loved property.
