5. Green Lantern (Green Lantern)
In a sense, it was hard to call between the Mask and Green Lantern because they're actually pretty similar (albeit NOT in personality). The Green Lantern can use his power ring to conjure anything from his imagination, just like the Mask, and has incredibly durability like the Mask thanks to the protection it offers him, but the one thing that gave him the edge was his final act of bravery in the movie. Hal Jordan used his ring to defy the gravitational pull of the sun - that is one hell of a display power - in order to tempt the fear entity Parallex in to getting too close and being sucked in to it. Throughout the movie, the ring also granted him flight (at super-speeds, nonetheless), the aforementioned ability to create constructs with the force of his will alone (examples of these constructs are a racing car/track, a chainsaw, a giant fist, a minigun and a pair of fighter jets - all of which worked in exactly the same way that the actual objects would have). He was incredibly powerful, even if the movie wasn't that great.
