2. Nuclear Man (Superman IV)
An original creation for this movie, Nuclear Man was incredibly powerful. Created by Lex Luthor as an evil, solar-powered Superman clone, Nuclear Man possessed the standard Kryptonian power set, such as super-strength that was even superior to Superman's, super-speed of a similar level to Superman, similarly high durability to Superman, heat vision and X-Ray vision, super-powered breath and freeze breath, but he also displayed several powers unique to himself. Nuclear Man's body is able to generate an intense amount of heat from within, to the extent that his mere foot steps were melting concrete and metal bent and twisted in his mere presence, he can fire blasts of nuclear energy from his hands, he can manipulate gravity - such as the instance in which he caused a civilian and his car to fly up in to the air - he can generate electricity from his body, he has razor sharp claws, he is radioactive which makes exposure to him dangerous in itself and, perhaps most dangerously, he possesses a death touch which rapidly ages and weakens his opponents. Sadly, he had a very glaring weakness - his powers tend to dissipate when he's not in sunlight.
