Every single Marvel movie to date is guilty of being too "busy" to some extent - no more so than in phase two of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with Captain America: The Winter Soldier being the guiltiest party. It's a great film - no doubt - but there is far too much going on unnecessarily. Starting with the previously mentioned fight with a briefly-appearing Batroc, we then have to take in Nick Fury's apparent death and resurrection, HYDRA's parasitic infiltration of S.H.I.E.L.D., the transference of the deceased Arnim Zola's mind in to a machine, Captain America's coming to terms with - and then having to fight - his old pal who he thought was long-dead, Black Widow's infiltration of HYDRA and Sam Wilson's own final battle with Brock Rumlow - as well as a generally overblown final battle with all kinds of mass destruction occurring (we'll get to that later). Essentially, it would probably help matters if, just once or twice, the movies focused on a single plot point.
