12. Boss Rips Out A Man's Stoma...And Shoots Him In The Large Intestine
Another bowel-related issue emerges moments later when Dr Jones informs Boss that there's an inmate who has a stoma pouch fitted, and mockingly tells Boss, "I have a stoma and you have a problem. Now I finally discovered why they blessed me with a lifetime stoma." Boss replies, "Maybe it's a fake. With Mexicans, you never know", and promptly rips the stomach pouch out, the smell making it clear that it's certainly real. After discovering that the man's rectum is sewn shut and there's no way to "integrate" him into the centipede, Boss follows up by taking his gun and shoving it into the man's stomach cavity before pulling the trigger. The man dies in highly undignified fashion, soaked in blood and fecal matter. Nice.
