3 Things To Know About Flashpoint Paradox
1. It's More About The Journey Than The Destination Hopefully we'll get to see an even darker version Batman, but the war between Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and the rest of the world should deliver plenty of action. With 20 tie-in issues that flesh out the world's setting; it will be interesting to see which characters and stories make the cut. The changes that DC made to this timeline should make for interesting character interactions; otherwise serve as a creative juxtaposition to familiar characters. Ultimately though the main story is more of dramatic than it is action packed, and once we find out what event changed the world the reveal might leave viewers feeling somewhat underwhelmed, but if it's adapted correctly it will be a very emotional moment. Although the plot is similar to Back to the Future 2 where an event in history has been altered (sorry folks time travel here isn't "timey wimey"), and needs to be changed back for the world to go back to normal. Viewers might struggle to catch up because a lot does happens in, around, and during the main story; and with a run time of only 75 mins it probably won't slow down, so be ready for a lot of significant time jumps. Either way this is the story responsible for the DC Comics relaunch "The New 52". With the announcement of Justice League War scheduled as Warner Bros. Animation 2014 animated film, the Flashpoint Paradox should hopefully introduces us to the mysterious Pandora who is the primary focus of the current DC Comics crossover event Trinity War.
