When Kim Basinger took on her role in the extremely sexual romantic drama 9 1/2 Weeks, alongside a very young Mickey Rourke, men across the globe couldnt wait to line up to get a peek (or hopefully a little more) of the beautiful actress. Though, the scene where she strip teases for Rourke upon his request, is undoubtedly innocent, which makes it sort of endearing, which is probably what makes it such a classically provocative moment. In the film. Rourke and Basinger are absolutely electric together, and the crackle between them is practically audible. While the relationship between the characters is damaging and utterly unhealthy, its fascinating to watch.
