Warcraft may have been a slight misfire, but Duncan Jones remains one of the most exciting sci-fi filmmakers around today, and with Mute he's returning to the smaller-budget fare he's enjoyed so much success with.

Described as a spiritual sequel to Moon, and heavily inspired by Blade Runner, the film is set in Berlin forty years from now. It'll follow a mute bartender, Leo Beiler (Alexander Skarksgård), who has to delve into the city's underbelly in the search for his missing partner. A pair of American surgeons, the roles played by Paul Rudd (as seen above, sporting an absolutely epic moustache, as if he weren't already just the best) and Justin Theroux, are the only recurring clue.
