This is Bolaji Badejo, the 6 feet 10 inch tall man that portrayed the Xenomorph in the majority of Alien's scenes.

A student at the time of his casting, Badejo was discovered in a bar by a member of the film's casting team and was immediately cast by Scott due to his slim frame making the Alien costume appear as if it was impossible for a human to be inside it.
