Following MMA star Gina Carano's solid performance in the previous movie, another UFC talent was sought for the role of a Jordanian playboy's personal security guard in Furious 7, and Ronda Rousey took the spot. It's impossible to argue with her intensity and physical prowess in the role, but as she already made clear in The Expendables 3 last year, she's not much of an actress. She delivers two painful one-liners, "You ain't that charming, b****" and "Thank God you showed up. These parties bore me to death", and though the lines themselves are hardly fantastic, she's trying way, way too hard to be menacing and it comes across as unintentionally funny. Just don't tell her that to her face...
