When the Sharknado attacks NASA's flight HQ, Nova shows up to help take the sharks down. A shark flies towards Nova as she runs out of bullets, and when a dying man notices some mascara attached to her gun-belt (with "they're real!" written on the side), he tells her, "There's no time for make-up, man, get outta here!" Nova replies, "Trust me, they're real" (and considering that the shot also focuses on her ample cleavage, it has a sure double meaning), at which point she loads one of the mascara tubes into her gun and fires it at the incoming Hammerhead shark, killing it with ease. She follows with the quip, ".75 caliber mascara", as the mortally wounded guy replies, "I want a mascara shotgun!" Hilarious.
