Ironbar is the head of Aunty's Bartertown security force, and it's something of a running joke throughout the movie that he's a punching bag who just won't go down for the count. He's seemingly defeated or taken out of commission seven times (including falling off a bridge and getting blown up), but miraculously (and hilariously) manages to survive the movie's events, unlike the vast majority of the villains. Even after his buggy crashes at the end of the film, in a manner which it seems that no human being could possibly survive no less, he peeks his hand out of the wreckage to flip off Max, indicating that he'll get to fight another day.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
