33. Letty Is Back From The Dead...With Amnesia (Fast & Furious 6)

Adding to all the insanity of Fast Five was a tantalising post-credit tease, in which Hobbes is handed a file by Monica Fuentes (in a welcome cameo), which suggests that Letty is, in fact, still alive. Despite it being pretty decisive that Letty died in Fast and Furious (being shot and buried, after all), it transpires in the sixth film that, by way of a highly convoluted flashback, she was in fact blown away from the car wreckage, and then taken in by the villainous Owen Shaw (Luke Evans). And to top things off, because this isn't silly enough already, Letty also has amnesia, so can't remember her previous relationship with Dom, apparently making her a perfect asset to Shaw's team, because everyone wants a potentially unstable, cloudy-headed person in their outfit, right? Even at the end of the movie, though she's back with Dom and the rest of the family, her memory is still gone, and apparently continues to be in Furious 7.
