Inglorious Basterds, Waltz is scary, funny, charismatic, and offbeat. All these qualities would make his portryal of Norman and the Goblin insanely watchable and multi-layered. Waltz was rumoured to be making a cameo as Norman in
The Amazing Spider-Man but of course he doesn't appear. While it was probably only a rumour, it's probably sparked interest in the powers that be. While Waltz may not to be typecast as the villain, I think he'd provide a truly unique and funny take on the character.
