2. Kazaam (1996)
This very well could have slotted into the number 1 position. There really is no difference between the next two movies as they are both atrocious. Kazaam, at the time was a modern day retelling of Aladdin in which a young boy finds a genie who in turn grants him 3 wishes. Now think back to Robin William's masterful performance in Aladdin and replace him with basketball player Shaquille O Neal, a rapping genie who dances. Shaq's 'acting' is so incredible, it's a surprise that he didn't receive an Oscar nomination. Of course I'm joking. The movie itself is rated as one of the worst of all time and thankfully Shaq has never again graced our movie screens.
