5 Movie Endings From 2013 With Disturbing Implications You Totally Missed

4. Wait... Uncle Ralph D'Amico Is Still Alive! - Kick-Ass 2

Kick-Ass 2 didn't receive quite the same level of fanfare as the original when it was released earlier this year - in fact, many people used words like "not good" and "really sh*tty" to describe it. Still, there was fun to be had, if you like the idea of Turk from Scrubs hitting people with a shiny baseball bat. The plot picks up a few months after the first movie, with our hero Kick-Ass teaming up with Hit-Girl to clean the streets of criminal scum. Soon enough, Dave's realizes that his old nemesis, Chris D'Amico, has morphed into supervillain "The Motherf*cker" and is after him. The climax of the movie, then, has Kick-Ass and the Motherf*cker facing off on a rooftop, which results in the Motherf*cker falling through a plate glass window and into a shark's tank, where he's eaten alive. That's the end of Chris D'Amico, then, right? Well, you might have thought so - unless you decided to stick around to the end credits, where it's revealed that D'Amico is still alive, albeit lacking his arms, legs and - yes - genitalia. So here's a disturbing implication that I haven't even conjured up. And yet some were bound to have missed it, given that they probably wanted to get out of the cinema as quickly as possible (read as: not a great movie). Still, most people probably saw play out if they stayed in their seats for just a minute, so let's talk about Uncle Ralph D'Amico, who the Motherf*cker pays a visit to a one point in the flick. D'Amico is established as a force to be reckoned with in the movie, and he even kills one of the Motherf*cker's friends in an attempt to intimidate him. But then the movie just forgets that Uncle Ralph is a character and he's never brought into the storyline again. But what happens when he finds out that Kick-Ass has "murdered" his nephew? Sure, they don't see eye to eye, but Ralph must at least care for the kid a little - why else would he bother to keep him alive? Which means that there's going to be an incredibly ruthless mob boss mounting a campaign against Kick-Ass the moment that he finds out what happened to the Mothef*cker. Yikes!
