5 Reasons Why The Justice League Movie Shouldn't Happen

5. There's No Talent Confirmed Yet

This is probably the most damning of all the reasons. Currently involved with the Justice League movie now is Will Beall, who some people might know as one of the writers of Nathan Fillion€™s Castle, as well as the writer of the upcoming Gangster Squad. He€™s writing the screenplay for Justice League, but besides him no roles in the film have been officially announced - at this stage there is no director or even any producers. It doesn€™t bode well for a film that€™s set to be released in roughly two and a half years. Directors have been rumoured to be involved: Ben Affleck is the most recent director to be rumoured and he would be a good choice, as he certainly has directing talent. Of course, a lot of people are calling for Christopher Nolan to direct the film, though I highly doubt this is anything more than fans being incredibly hopeful after the success of his Batman trilogy. He has explicitly said he has nothing more to do with Batman, although he is producing the upcoming Superman film so he may well have a role as producer in Justice League. As for actors, it€™s a possibility that Henry Cavill will return to reprise the role of Superman after Man of Steel, as it is apparently going to set up the Justice League movie. It€™s unknown if Ryan Reynolds has any interest at all in reprising his role as Green Lantern after that movie was absolutely dragged through the dirt by critics, or whether anyone would want to see him continue in the role. Overall, it€™s not looking too brilliant for the Justice League. I still have my doubts as to whether it€™ll even happen or not, and I€™m almost certain that it won€™t be completed in time for 2015 if it does. What do you think? Are you looking forward to the Justice League? Who do you want to see play the heroes? Feel free to comment below.
