2. The Masterful Use Of The William Tell Overture

lone-ranger-feature-horse-ride Yes, the classic William Tell Overture is in the movie, and yes, it is used perfectly in one of the aforementioned incredible adventure sequences. It is one of those points where my inner ten-year old wanted to get up and run around pretending to punch bad guys. It made me feel like a young lad watching Indiana Jones and his theme song came across the film's soundtrack. You knew adventure was afoot! You knew it had to be used, and they thankfully used it well during the action. They try again later in a less-than successful way as a joke. It was easy to forgive because they showed me they could get it right first.
