What's the point of having an epically spooky land, based on Universal's classic monsters if you can't meet them! When you visit Epic Universe's Dark Universe that's exactly what you'll get to do.
Universal Orlando Resort have promised that guests will be able to interact with the monsters. Whilst Frankenstein's monster and his bride have their own meet and greet, other characters you might come across wandering through Darkmoor include Victoria Frankenstein’s servant, Ygor, The Invisible Man and even an eccentric monster hunter are to be found in the village. You might also spot a "musician who regales guests with songs and tales of the classic Universal Monsters stories."
If meeting the monsters wasn't enough, a visit to Dark Universe might turn you into one! Universal have announced that guests can enter the Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience.
Here you can get temporary tattoos and get made up to look just like your favourite creature feature villain. All these monstrous makeovers will take place in what was once Dr. Pretorius’ infamous old lab. Now a parlour, skilled artists will transform you into one of their experiments.
