5 Villains To Bring The DCEU Into A New Era
1. Brainiac
It is amazing that there has been absolutely no hint of Brainiac in the DCEU although there have been countless opportunities to do so. Brainiac is an often overlooked villain with power in spades as well as the combined intellect of all he has conquered, his end goal is to assimilate all of the power and knowledge of the Universe so as to bring complete order to it.
Brainiac is the most intelligent being in all of DC Comics and through this intelligence he has the ability to create anything that he can imagine. His awesome power would be hard to translate to the big screen but if done correctly he could pose the biggest threat to the DCEU.
The other major point that would make Brainiac a great fit for ushering in a New Era in the DCEU would be the fact that despite his popularity in comic book circles, there has been no attempt at a live action iteration of Brainiac.
The one problem shared by other villains is that they have either become stale or the expectation surrounding them is too high, Brainiac could be the fresh face needed to reinvigorate the DCEU and bring it into a new error.
