50 Greatest Action Movies Of All Time
33. Face/Off (1997)
John Woo's best Hollywood movie by quite some distance, Face/Off finds the director striking the perfect balance between his Eastern and Western output, with the result a deranged, ludicrous and quite frankly awesome high-concept actioner.

Nicolas Cage and John Travolta devour the scenery in their dual roles, while Woo revels in deploying his full cinematic arsenal; epic shootouts, high-speed chases, Mexican standoffs and doves are the order of the day in one of the 1990's best genre movies.
