5. Vertigo (1958)
Saul Bass, the marketing genius, responsible for creating the complete marketing package for Vertigo hit it big with this spiral inspired landmark in graphic design and cinema history.
4. Mean Streets (1973)
Suggesting that guns are integrated into the streets of New York, this poster is a feat in design. The smoke from the gun/chimney is a delicate touch.
3. The Silence Of The Lambs (1991)
There's no doubt that this is an incredible poster, but the hiddem gem within really makes this interesting. If you pay great attention to the skull on the back of the moth, you'll see that it's made up of seven nude women that originated in a portrait photograph by Philippe Halsman of Salvador Dali.
