There's no need to think that the Han Solo project's highly-publicised production issues will completely derail the movie - given how unfounded similar concerns around Rogue One proved to be - but there's still a slightly nagging doubt.

But even with that consideration, the idea of Ron Howard telling the legend of the Galaxy Far Far Away's greatest space pirate is still catnip for franchise fans. Hopefully it won't all be mythology busting, because the excellent cast deserve a good story to get their teeth into.

And if it works, we're probably looking at another billion dollar Disney movie.
